Linear power supply for LED chain

There are lot of low cost 31V switching power supplies for LED chains. Typically they look like this. See here internal pictures of a switching power supply.

But, those power supplies are interfering ham bands especially when the LED chain is long. My neighbor has abt 30 meter long LED chain which was interfering badly on lower bands. I installed a filter choke on the DC output but it did not help at all.

Then I designed this 31V/6W linear power supply and the interference is now gone.

The linear 31V power supply with cover open. The mains PE wire is not connected. The transformer has 4000V insulation strength.
