Open the top cover and remove the RF shield.
Take care of the cables and wires when removing and installing back. |
Locate the two resistors marked red. They are very small size 0604. Use two soldering irons or heat both ends quickly with one iron. |
Remove the two resistors. The upper allows transmit on 60m,
the lower activates the 5MHz in the UP/DWN band list. |
